Welcome to my Studio Pottery site for friends, enthusiasts and collectors.

This new site came from my love of Studio pottery which began when I married the brother of a fine potter (Jane 'Fanny' Blackburne) who trained with some of the best - Chelsea, Seth Cardew at Wenford, the potters at La Borne.

Seeing such exciting work in La Borne & meeting her very talented friends started a small collection which has now grown into a large one. My thanks to Fan and to my long-suffering husband & young son.

The pots here are from my personal collection. The Wenford Bridge & Winchcombe collections are particularly treasured and include some fine Cardew pieces. There are exciting pots from the UK's best potters (see lists at the side & drop down menus above) & some less well-known overseas potters from La Borne. Some pots may be purchased (see For Sale drop down menu above & do enquire whilst I continue to build the site) some I could never part with but you may enjoy looking at them. While the site is being developed, if you see a photo of a pot you would like more information about or more photos of, please email via contact details below (if you double click a gallery photo the title should tell you who the pot is by)
